1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By registering an account with phprak, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise utilizing our services, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

1.2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phprak regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of phprak services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.4. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with phprak, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. phprak reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2. Jurisdictional Restrictions: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal at the time of accessing our services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phprak complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. phprak does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

2.3. Account Registration: To use phprak services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Create only one account - multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Notify phprak immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

2.4. Account Verification: phprak reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time. Required documents may include but are not limited to government-issued identification cards, utility bills, bank statements, or payment method verification. Your account may be restricted until satisfactory verification is provided.

2.5. Prohibited Persons: The following persons are prohibited from opening accounts or using phprak services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal
• Employees of phprak, our affiliates, payment processors, game providers, and their immediate family members
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from phprak or other gaming operators
• Persons acting on behalf of or in collusion with other players

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1. Deposits: You may deposit funds into your phprak account using payment methods we make available, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, credit cards, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as displayed on the deposit page
• Funds must originate from a payment source in your own name - third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
• phprak reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at our sole discretion
• Transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method selected
• Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law or at phprak's sole discretion

3.2. Withdrawals: You may request withdrawal of your account balance subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the withdrawal page
• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawal requests are processed
• phprak typically processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on payment method and verification requirements
• phprak reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals
• Withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements if you have claimed bonuses
• We reserve the right to reverse fraudulent or erroneous transactions

3.3. Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. If you deposit in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply.

3.4. Anti-Money Laundering: phprak maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) policies in compliance with Philippine law. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, transaction, or withdrawal that we deem suspicious or unusual. Failure to cooperate with AML/KYC procedures may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.5. Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phprak reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱500 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. If your account balance reaches zero due to maintenance fees, your account may be closed.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1. Fair Play: All games on phprak utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. phprak does not and cannot manipulate, influence, or predetermine game results. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the gaming system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly forbidden:

• Using automated systems, bots, or software to play games or place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Bonus abuse including creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers
• Engaging in fraudulent activities including chargeback fraud
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward phprak staff or other players

4.3. Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phprak reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time without prior notice.

4.4. Game Errors: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, all affected bets and payouts shall be void. phprak will endeavor to restore your account balance to its state prior to the malfunction. If you continue playing after becoming aware of a malfunction, you do so at your own risk, and phprak reserves the right to void any related winnings.

4.5. Disconnections: If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the round will continue to completion, and the outcome will be determined without your further input. Your balance will be updated accordingly upon reconnection. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while gaming.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1. phprak offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty programs at our discretion. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be abused
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses and must be met before withdrawal
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Only one bonus may be active per player at any time unless otherwise stated
• phprak reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonus abuse
• We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time

5.2. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or any other form of advantage play, will result in forfeiture of the bonus, related winnings, and potential account closure.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All content on the phprak website and platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, audio, and video, is the property of phprak or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phprak services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without written permission
• Frame, mirror, or incorporate our website into another website
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from our platform
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer any software comprising phprak

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1. No Warranty: phprak services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, phprak, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

7.3. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phprak shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7.4. Force Majeure: phprak shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, communication failures, or power failures.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1. Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or pending obligations.

8.2. Suspension by phprak: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Suspected bonus abuse or advantage play
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Extended period of account inactivity

8.3. Upon account closure or suspension, any bonuses and promotional winnings will be forfeited. phprak reserves the right to withhold deposits and winnings if we suspect fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

8.4. Self-Exclusion: phprak is committed to responsible gaming. If you wish to self-exclude from our services, please contact customer support. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or deposit funds. Self-exclusion periods are permanent and cannot be reversed before the chosen duration expires.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1. phprak is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe entertainment environment. We encourage players to gamble responsibly and within their means.

9.2. Players have access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools can be configured in your account settings.

10.1. Your use of phprak is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2. phprak implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including SSL encryption, secure payment processing, and restricted access to personal information.

10.3. We may share your information with third parties including payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phprak services shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center.

11.3. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or collective proceeding.

11.4. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. General Provisions

12.1. Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. phprak may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without restriction.

12.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

12.4. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and phprak regarding your use of our services.

12.5. Language: In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
